Useful! Like Uber for roadside service

Using GPS to send location feels more accurate than trying to describe a location to someone over the phone. Still, I always feel more comfortable following up with a call if I have additional information to give. And thats not a reflection of the app but a compliment to the friendly and helpful phone operators at AAA. Glad to be a member.

The passbook/wallet digital card is a nice added bonus though Ive never had the chance to use it IRL
