The AAA service is excellent as always, but their app is a hot mess. From the crazy scrolling style, the "click here if page does not refresh" message (what other app does that??), to some basic things like making the user re-enter his/her AAA number again after logging in to make a roadside assistance request. I use my phone all the time for all manner of things from shopping to health to finance and this is easily the worst user interface experience I have ever come across. Even the hair salon has a better interface. Really shocking to see a major institution like AAA rocking this Web 1.0 looking app.
