The app is useful and easy to navigate could use some maintenance to work out a few kinks but other then that definitely worth having.

Love the new realtime map so you can see how close your service is!!

AAA and their app have made our 2 towing calls hassle free. Made the request via the app, it submitted our location from the GPS coords automatically from the phone, let me select which of our vehicles it was for and that was it. Sent a notification that the tow truck was assigned and provided a time estimate as to when it would arrive. They came, towed it and said goodbye. Since we used the app there wasnt even any paperwork involved. Way to go AAA!!

Great! Simple, easy, and straight to the point.

Always great and fast service. The people you talk too are always so friendly and even their drivers are accommodating. I never would use anything else.

Gives you access to everything AAA has to offer, hotels, shopping, restaurants, maps, gas stations, and so much more. I have used this app to plan vacations and road trips. AAA is a lifesaver.

Car stalled while picking up my nephew from work opened the app and got through the prompts quicker than when Ive called in

The AAA service is excellent as always, but their app is a hot mess. From the crazy scrolling style, the "click here if page does not refresh" message (what other app does that??), to some basic things like making the user re-enter his/her AAA number again after logging in to make a roadside assistance request. I use my phone all the time for all manner of things from shopping to health to finance and this is easily the worst user interface experience I have ever come across. Even the hair salon has a better interface. Really shocking to see a major institution like AAA rocking this Web 1.0 looking app.

I used this app last night to summon assistance for a dead battery. Within a half hour it ate so much data, I went over my data plan. I have deleted it and will now call for assistance if needed.

If youre stuck somewhere -- out of gas, flat tire, dead battery, zombie apocalypse -- you need AAA to get you out of a jam. This app will contain that critical info and help connect you to Roadside Service. The other stuff is nice-to-have when youre on the road. However, the back-end on the app is not top notch. For example, if you upgrade your membership youre likely to need to uninstall and reinstall the app. Little things like this lead me to believe there was little project planning for this app beyond the obvious.
