It requires a few more taps than I would like to view info. But overall it is very helpful and convenient. All my info is available via this app.

Cant log in. Gives me an error every time.

If it wasnt for this app I would be lost because I locked my keys in my trunk. The only thing is that the wait is 50 minutes. Like I have to be somewhere just saying.

If you are creating an app, make sure to work out bugs first, and make sure you update as necessary. I cant even get the card into Apples Wallet, and keep getting error has occurred message. The icon on the app for doing this is for Apples Passbook, which was replaced by Wallet long ago. AAA needs to get with it!

Still looks to download to Apple "Passbook" which hasnt existed for awhile. Its now wallet and this app doesnt work with it.

Keeps logging me out. Shows membership expired. Terrible! I suggest AAA get a real professional to recreate the app.

Recently renewed my membership. No complaints regarding the app. Its easy to use and easy to navigate. Five stars

Wont load into wallet. Keeps trying to download "passbook" like its two years ago. Dropping wifi with every tap. Wont conform or obey location rule (for "only while using app") keeps nagging me to allow gps access. The actual AAA card is going back in my real wallet until they get this app in iOS 9 order. Disappointed. Deleting....

I downloaded this app specifically because I wanted to load my AAA membership card into passbook and not have to carry it in my wallet anymore, but it just doesnt work... Keep getting the following error: "An error occurred while downloading passbook" I dont want to go into every app to load a membership card. If this feature cant work they might as well remove it as a wallet/passbook app from the App Store.

Couldnt load card to Apple Wallet & couldnt change billing info thru this poor excuse for an app

Have not figured out how to sign into the app. After 45 minutes of given up. Sign up screen does not fit into-six space. Cant find how to put it into wallet. Definitely not user-friendly.

Please fix the apple wallet integration! Error pages at login as well. Once you refresh it works but needs to be improved.

Its worked when I needed it but could be better

Just wasted 30 minutes trying to login to AAA to use the feature I needed!!!!!!!! App has no useable feature to recover forgotten password or to reset it! This app is useless to me. Just deleted it from my iPad.

I like to travel by train. Have never had a problem placing the card in my phones wallet, crashes, or navigation. iOS is hard enough to stay behind, yet any app always has a"useless-doesnt work on acme super phone version 4.66956 runtime 7" comment. I have the Amtrak app, but would love to see them integrated. With the advent of streetcars connecting the train stations they should have all the local transit options too! But where does an auto club stop and draw the line?, ....when youre riding a bicycle? (Because buses follow rail stops AND have bike racks on the front of them…) Anyway, I am grateful for the app and I think it works great--if youre a AAA member!

Have the app on my iPhone but it doesnt automatically update. It shows "Valid Thru Jan 19, 2014" and were paid up thru Jan 2017. Glad their service is better than their app!

Constant issues with recognizing my account. Even though I am logged in and can see membership card, it doesnt recognize that I have an active account so I am unable to use roadside assistance. Whats the point? Still have to call. App is useless for the very reason it is needed.
