I use this app while traveling for cheap gas, hotels and car rentals. Stopping into AAA for cars is better, but app serves its purpose.

Ive used the AAA app for multiple things. It comes in handy on a trip!

If this app worked the way it is designed it would be great. Whenever I try to request roadside assistance it gives me an error message and tells me to call AAA. What is the point of the app if I still have to call and deal with countless operators???

The app take more than expected to load, other than that the app is great.

The many problems that others have stated are all very bothersome. A. Why does the app need to track me all the time? That is a major privacy concern!!! AAA youre on a need to know basis, & unless I need roadside assistance, then you dont need to know where I am!!! B. Bring back the "only while using the app" location services option!!! C. Also, when you have a settings menu, itd be nice if it actually contained settings! D. With a & b above, quit sending push notifications saying "youre recent trips havent uploaded". Good! Im glad they havent uploaded. Because you dont need to know my trips! I dont have your insurance, I dont get any discount so quit notifying me. Until you decide to rebuild the app from scratch. It wont be on my phone. Lastly, the app as an afterthought model doesnt work. Youll start to lose customers if you dont step your game up.

There is no reason to know my location when not using the app. Plenty of apps have location services only when using app.

I do love how you get the text message updates.

Its the best app and easy to use

Love this app! It has all your information. You dont have to worry about having your insurance or membership card on you in case of a accident, get pulled over, or using it as a discount some where.

Basic app to get your AAA card on your phone and do basic things. Not sure why they have a map feature since Google or waze is so much better. Do what you can do great and leave the rest alone.

Downloaded the app and setup account. All my information is available. I dont have to carry my card ... Its all here. It works.

I just had vocal cord surgery and cant speak. Thank goodness for your app! I got roadside service on it!!!

Im happy to have an app that stores my membership info and makes it easy to get help. But I dont need a GPS app, a gas app, or any other travel app that is less useful than the apps I already have. And I definitely dont need an app that constantly nags for access to the GPS with the only choices "Always" or "Never". The apps I use also have the option "While using the app." Time to strip out the excess features and stop insisting on "Always" GPS access if you want us to use this. All I really need from AAA is access to AAA road services.

Id recommend it to anyone!

Very functional and intuitive app! Easy to use; ive had no technical problems with the app ever. I especially like that it displays The Cheapest Gas location right on the landing page. Trustworthy and always there for you, just like AAA!
