AAA Mobile App Reviews

AAA has saved my bacon more times than I can remember. This app is extremely easy to use - one touch gets the road or emergency service you need. And did I mention that the service persons are QUICK to respond? I cant give six stars, but would do so if I could.

This app lets me do everything I need to handle for my account. This also tells me where the cheapest gas is and has my AAA card digitally. I just renewed my familys membership through the app. Awesome!!!!!

This app is fantastic. It has your AAA card inside of it that is excepted everywhere I went. It has all of your AAA information. It even has gas station locations all kinds of information you might need if youre stuck on the road. I love it. I love it. I love it.

I just updated this on my iPhone, and 89 megabytes later, all it does is tell me to download another, older, version of the application.

I just signed up and I cant login to my account with it.

I have to provide my drivers license info, policy number, and type in my email and password EACH TIME I want to use this app. There is no option to stay signed in. This is a huge inconvenience when you dont have that information in front of you at the time. Also, screen formatting places half of the app outside of my screen. Maybe its a problem with the app in general, or maybe they just havent created optimization for my iPhone 6+, but either way, its annoying and makes half of the app completely inaccessible. I hope they update this app soon, as I do really like my AAA Plus RV Membership. Ill do a new review once the app has been updated-Im hoping I can give the new update a 5 star review.

Kind of sucky... Constant warnings every time I open app to not use while driving. Ok 1 or 2 times is enough. You dont need it to come up every time. ****Website is easier to navigate unfortunately. App should be easier. More NATIVE content so its faster loading. It takes forever to select dates for hotels and just to load anything. 3D Touch so I can bring up my ID card fast! ****TouchID to protect sensitive info. Integrate Apple pay for renewing membership, buying things, booking hotels, etc.!

I love this app for planning trips & getting information. Love the hotel reservation feature & maps. AAA comes through for us again & again!

I spent all evening mapping our trip in mexico. Since we will not have cell service, I wanted detailed maps to access. The "saved" trips are no where to be found. The only thing the app is good for is to see membership info. Very disappointing.

I love Triple A but this Ipad app was painfully slow and crashed repeatedly, it also would not allow me to login as a member. :(

Every thing is so convenient

Battery drains a lot Recording data during journey might fail if app is not opened before journey. Then whats the purpose of having an app with GPS on all the time. App should turn on gps only when app is opened. Then I will use this app. Else I am ok to pay extra bucks instead of having a dead battery.

The app has been very helpful with finding best gas prices,renting a car and all the other things the app offers.Also,its nice to just hold up the phone for verification of insurance info rather than digging in the glovebox to find the actual printed card.

I do love how you get the text message updates.

My card information is on here, which is handy. Can get assistance right from the app. This app is the best, a must have.

Keeps saying I need to be logged in yet there is no way to log in. Buggy and slow app thats really just a wrapper for their even slower website.
