I use maps and gasoline locators a lot and theyre very accurate and very good. Ive also booked hotels from the site. Knock on wood, I have not had to use roadside assistance yet. But this is a very good website

Never had an issue best app and service

I never really had to use AAA myself... but its really good to have

The app is informative, quick and easy to use. Breaking down is no fun, but AAA makes life a little easier.

Not much but gets you direct to a agent

The app seems to be more focused on selling things through AAA than providing assistance. Additionally, you cannot create an account as the CAPTCHA section doesnt work.

Easy to use

Your service is great like it has been for many years, however your app stinks! Sorry to say it it is a bad app, slow or non responsive! Get an app designer to fix that

I have never had to use my AAA until tonight, my car died at a light. I used the app to request service and it was so easy. The tow truck driver came within 15-20 minutes and had me loaded and on my way home as fast as can be. I would recommend the App to everyone.

AAA saves day again ! weather im locked out of my house or car, dead battery, beak down they come to the rescue w a click of a button or a quick call and theyre on the way in 20 min 40 min is the longest ive ever waited invaluable way way more then just road side assistance which by the way takes FOREVER !!! AAA IS INEXPENSIVE one annual payment $50 and then a big sigh of relief! :) or for premier premium service which just gives more miles for towing house lockout just a few bucks more .., YOU CANT AFFORD NOT TO HAVE AAA

Love the service love the app.

I never have to phone my agent again! Everything I need is there. And its so user friendly. Good job. This client is so happy. Makes life simple. I would only suggest that you redesign some of the screens to make them less busy. But not a necessity.

Great app very easy

New to AAA and the AAA app. So far, its been great. Glad I joined. We have already begun to save on hotel stays. Highly recommended!!

Called AAA at 8:30 pm. Was bringing my husbands friends car to his house on Market street when the car just stopped. I was right behind him and had to pull over to the right shoulder which was a tight squeeze. The AAA rep was very sympathetic and even offered to call CHP so we will be safe while waiting for the tow truck bringing gas. Walter, the tow truck driver was very nice and did not know that we needed gas but he was kind enough to tow the car to the nearest gas station on Imperial Ave. The CHP officer was also very kind and offered for me to sit inside his cruiser while waiting for the tow truck. Overall, it was a great experience albeit the little inconvenience of running out of gas and it was not even our car. Love, love, love AAA.

Locked my keys in my vehicle while out of town. I was able to discretely schedule a locksmith using this app during a meeting about 30 minutes before it was to end. Just as I was walking out, the locksmith called and said he was there. Minutes later he had the door open and my keys in hand. Perfect!

Usually there within 1 hour. Always ready to help. AAA always willing to work with you.
